I absolutely love this card, it runs amazing in games. Supporting my 144hz monitor beautifully. I have it paired with an i5 9600k and 16gb of ram. I’m running a fairly decent overclock on the card and I’m seeing performance up there with a GTX 1070 easy. The only thing I notice, obviously, is the card does get warm under long periods of load. Other than that the card if very fast, very good value if purchased for under $300, and I would 100% recommend it to someone looking for a budget card that’ll last them a good while.

I don’t know why the graphics cards are out of stock everywhere, and the price is so high. Just get it. There’s no way the price is more expensive.

I’ve had this card for a while now. I’ve been running it with Linux. The card works great!!!

This card does not get super hot when running under a heavy load. Stays around 73 degrees Celsius or less. I run a graphically intensive MMO game on 2x 1080p screens with the graphics quality maxed off this card and it works great.

This card will run 4K, but you probably want a better card if you are gaming in 4K. If you are not running 4K, you probably don’t really need a better card than this one!

If you are wanting to mine digital currency, this is not the right card to get! This card will mine, but you are not going to make much money using this card.

Upgrading from a Quadro K2000 to this GTX 1660 Super made a HUGE difference in frame rates, and latency when playing COD-Warzone. I could actually play now, the old card lagged so badly I couldn’t play effectively at all.
GPU response time dropped from 30ms to 3ms, Latency dropped from 170-300ms to 5-25ms over a 300Mbps internet connection.
Unit is silent unless under heavy load, and then I don’t tend to notice, as it’s STILL fairly quiet. Even with the two fans on this model.
Using it in a Dell Precision T3610 HTPC (685W PS), driving a 4k 60″ TV.
Using the HDMI-output with and HDMI 2.0 cable is putting out 4k / 60hz.
Rock solid with latest drivers from nVidia website.
Wish the price was a little less, but it’s inline with everybody else. Luckily I had a couple Amazon gift cards to drop the total for me.

Review for PNY GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB XLR8 Gaming Overclocked Edition Single Fan:

This card is great choice for 1080p Gaming. It will play most game titles at 1080p high or ultra settings at or over 60fps. I bought this card to replace my old RX-580 because it died out on me. This card was about a 20-40 percent increase in performance over my old card depending on what game titles were being used. This card is being used with my 144hz monitor and keeps up with it for most game titles. This card has very good low power consumption. Under full load usage the temps for the card stay between 60-70 degrees while gaming for a few hours and it hasn’t gone over 70 degrees while gaming as well. If you are looking for a 2k resolution budget card for over 60fps with high or ultra settings, this card can run at 2k decently. It can game at 2k resolution at medium to high settings for 60 fps with graphic settings tweaked in game but this card’s sweet spot is definitely for 1080p gaming. The only gripe I have with this card is that it is loud under load. Its not overwhelming loud but but at full load you can here the fan spin up and it is noticeable. Overall I think its a solid choice for 1080p gaming.

Have been looking for a 1660 Super for a while now – had a preference for a dual fan as expected one to run cooler/quieter. This popped up from Amazon for less than £240 so jumped for it. Packaging was nice and eco freindly (cardboard insets rather than plastic, and includes a dual 6-pin to 8 pin adapter should you need it.

Installed quickly (replacing a 1050TI), updated drivers via NVIDIA Experience and all working great. And just as quiet as the 1050TI it replaced (which was a single Fan too).

If you can deal with the high pitched noise, it’s a pretty good card.

I have this card running on an old i5 2500k and a chinese B75-MS motherboard, let me tell you it revived my PC. The only game I haven’t able to play well is Zelda ToK and I’m guessing is because my old cpu.

Other than that I can play games like overwatch on more than 120 – 144 fps and GTA V everything on high, don’t remember the fps, but it doesn’t lag at all.

GPU came in original packaging and no dust!! Very happy with the purchase!!

I wanted to game without braking the bank. This does it and surprised me how much it can handle. I build a Micro tower and this fits it and allows me enough room for little else but fits. I haven’t has any issues so far and it just keeps trucking along. My tower over heats here and there but that’s my airflow on the case not the GPU.

I bought a new game (Snowrunner) and found that my older Dell XPS 8700 PC (i7 3.4 Gen-4) was not in the minimum specs for the game.

With this 1660 Super I needed to upgrade the power supply in my PC to a new 620w version (SeaSonic S12II) that fit perfectly in the case with no modifications needed. I then added two sticks of Corsair memory for a total of 24GB. I then install two 90mm Noctura fans in the case (one on the back and one in the front (no case mod required)). The back fan is connected to power from the power supply and the front fan is controlled by the motherboard. I then took two slot blanks out of the back by the 1660 to move a little more air. My CPU still has the original Intel CPU cooler on it but that will be upgraded eventually. The PC idles at 32c – 37c and games at around 69c – 75c.

None-the-less the game looks beautiful with the new GTX 1660 Super video card and has so far been completely glitch free. I do not have a 4k monitor so I’m not taxing the card but in HD with a lot of the game video settings maxed it has been doing very well. This should get me another year or two out of this old PC until it’s time to build one.
